Amy will guide you through pregnancy safe yoga postures and sequences which will help stretch and strengthen your body, relieving you from those pregnancy aches and pains.
You will learn powerful breathing techniques and birth positions to prepare you for birth.Β The sessions end with a guided relaxation, leaving you feeling balanced, calm and connected to self and baby.
